This is a distributor that also holds a contractor’s licence, which is a less common combination than it sounds. Florida licence CAC1817741 appears on the services page alongside the equipment catalogue, meaning the same business can sell a condenser over the counter and install it under licence. For a landlord replacing a system, that removes the usual gap between the equipment price and the installed price.

The brand list is broad rather than tied to one manufacturer: Goodman, Rheem, MrCool, Amana, Carrier, Bryant, Payne, ICP, Tempstar, Ameristar and EcoTemp on the equipment side, with Quietflex, TruAire and Nu-Calgon for duct, grilles and chemicals. Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours.

The property-manager programmes are where the business gets more specific. Volume buyers are offered automatic cash back of up to ten per cent, plus flat-rate service plans that the manager can resell to tenants. That is a structure built for someone running a portfolio of units rather than a single homeowner replacing one system, and it is worth asking about before buying piecemeal.

The company describes itself as the largest direct-to-consumer air conditioning distributor in the United States, offers Spanish-language support, and operates a sister company, Polar Air Heat and Supply. Owner is Donald J. Mason.

An address note for this listing. The storefront address published across the site is 38190 Highway 27 in Davenport, while the Haines City address on record appears to be a mailing address. The two towns are about fifteen minutes apart in Polk County, but anyone driving to collect equipment should use the Davenport address.
