Davidoff Roofing

Davidoff Roofing is London’s most trusted source for your roofing needs. Since its inception in 1983, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction have been of the utmost importance. You can be assured that a personal touch will be given from the point of first contact, right through to genuine/tangible warranties. We treat each project as if it were our own, making sure that standards are never lowered.

We offer many products, year round, ranging from fiberglass shingles to different types of metal, to wood shakes to slate and everything in between. With a reputation for excellence and over 30 years in the roofing trade, we take pride in our quality workmanship and the specialty services offered to our clients

Davidoff Roofing’s service area extends well beyond London itself. The company’s site lists Chatham-Kent, Exeter, Delaware, Dorchester, Stratford, Strathroy, St. Marys, St. Thomas, Tavistock, Tillsonburg and Woodstock as areas it covers across Southwestern Ontario.

According to the company’s FAQ page, a typical roof replacement takes about two to three days depending on the size and condition of the roof, and most new roofs in the region run between roughly $2,000 and $11,000 depending on materials and roofing type. The FAQ also notes that asphalt shingle roofs, the most common option, typically last 20 to 25 years, while slate and copper roofing can last upwards of 100 years with proper upkeep.

Davidoff installs several branded roofing systems, including CertainTeed, VicWest, Soprema and EuroShield products, and offers a scheduled maintenance program intended to catch small issues – moss growth, damaged gutters, minor leaks – before they turn into larger repairs. Payment options include credit card, debit and cash, alongside financing for larger residential and commercial projects.

The company confirms on its site that it is licensed and insured, offering to show proof of both before a project begins, and that roof replacements can proceed through the winter months if a problem needs immediate attention rather than waiting for milder weather. Fall is noted as the season with the most favourable installation conditions, though work continues year-round.

Homeowners preparing for a roof replacement are advised to clear the yard of obstacles, keep the driveway open for the crew’s truck, and remove anything inside the home that might be jarred loose during installation.
